Artificial grass can be laid on a range of surfaces, including hard tarmac and earth. Don't place it onto real grass though, as this will likely kill it.
The artificial grass is made of three separate shades, which combine for a more realistic finish to your surface.
Products may have different delivery times depending on the supplier. Our staff will be able to give you an indication of the delivery timescale once you place an order.
In the unlikely event that a product is no longer available, it may have been discontinued. In this case, we can only apologise and offer you a free swap with an available style. Alternatively, we will simply issue a full refund.
We cannot amend orders to apply discounts on artificial grass that wasn't discounted when it was purchased. The promotions that we offer online and across stores are constantly changing in order to offer great value across selections of products to our customers.
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email detailing your order to the email address you provided. This will confirm the product(s) ordered and confirm delivery details. If you make any amendments to your order prior to its dispatch, we will also confirm these changes in a further email. Once your order is on its way to you, a final confirmation email will be sent to you.
