Yes. Local delivery on all our bedroom furniture is completely free of charge. Non local deliveries may incur a charge, however.
If you think that the furniture that you’ve purchased is damaged or not up to standard, then please contact us with the details of your complaint for us to assess. If we agree that the product has been delivered to you damaged, we can arrange to replace it at your convenience, free of charge.

Furniture items are sold as self assembly unless otherwise stated. All items will come with fitting kits and instructions. We do offer a chargeable assembly service. Please ask us for further details.
Yes, our delivery team will be happy to remove and dispose of any packaging or wrapping that comes with your goods.
Products have different delivery times depending on the supplier. When you place an order, our staff will be able to give you an indication of the delivery timescale.
We will always strive to ensure all the goods you order arrive together wherever possible.
In the unlikely event that a product is no longer available, it may have been discontinued. In this case, we can only apologise and offer you a free swap with an available style. Alternatively, we will simply issue a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders to apply discounts on products that weren't discounted when it was purchased. The promotions that we offer online and across stores are constantly changing in order to offer great value across selections of products to our customers.
