Vinyl flooring is extremely comfortable and durable, too. It's suitable for many rooms of your house, it's easy to maintain and it's pet-friendly as well. We also offer a range of luxury vinyl tiles, which look and feel indistinguishable from real wood or stone flooring.
Yes. We can arrange uplift and disposal of your existing flooring should you wish, though there are charges for labour and landfill.
Yes. We fit all flooring products that we sell. We use subcontractors fitters on every job, so any installation issues that you have can be sorted with us, rather than with the fitter that installs your floor.
Yes. We offer a free, no obligation service. Contact us to arrange a day.
Yes. Vinyl flooring can fade over time, but for the most part, it's long-lasting and capable of standing up to heavy loads.

We strongly advise that you install new underlay with any new flooring, as this will prolong the life of vinyl flooring. Not replacing the underlay can lead to issues of wear over time.
Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances can occur extremely rarely. Sometimes our fitters can become delated, but in the unlikely case that our fitters will be unable to make your appointment, we will be in contact as soon as possible to explain and arrange an alternative time at your convenience.
If you believe one of our fitters has damaged your property, we suggest that you arrange an inspection from an independent flooring expert. In the unlikely event that an inspector identifies a problem, we are happy to consider the findings and respond in an appropriate manner.
Products are occasionally discontinued. In this case, we can only apologise and offer you a free swap with an available style. Alternatively, we will simply issue a full refund.
The promotions that we offer online and across stores are constantly changing in order to offer great value across selections of products. Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders to apply discounts on vinyl flooring that wasn’t discounted when it was purchased.
Vinyl flooring is cut to individual requirements, so if your order isn’t dispatched, we need to recover our cutting costs. There are occasions in which cancellation is not possible, so if you’re looking to cancel, please contact a member of the team.
