It's a significant achievement for us to be presented with the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, as this recognition is limited to businesses that have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years, requiring a minimum of 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9 in each calendar year.
