Carpet Barn Wins Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award

The fact that we have been operating for over 45 years is a testament to our enduring service. As an independent, family-run business, we are renowned for our knowledge and expertise in the carpet, flooring and bedding industries and pride ourselves on providing the best quality customer service in the area.

With five outlets in Christchurch, Poole, Ferndown, Eastleigh and Salisbury, we have built up a major and reputable presence across Dorset. In each of the stores, customers will receive a bespoke customer experience as our staff offer expert advice on our range of carpets, rugs, flooring, beds, mattresses and furniture. Our customer service, combined with remarkable prices, a range of products, and fitting and measuring services stand out in the market.

It's a significant achievement for us to be presented with the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, as this recognition is limited to businesses that have achieved Gold standard for three consecutive years, requiring a minimum of 50 reviews with a Feefo service rating of between 4.5 and 4.9 in each calendar year.
