Yes. Local delivery on rugs is completely free of charge. Non local deliveries may incur a charge.
If you believe the rug you’ve purchased is damaged, then please phone us with the details of your complaint. In most cases, once verified, we can arrange to replace the rug at the earliest possible convenience. We will not charge you for a replacement.
Guarantees depend on the individual product. Please refer to the product information or ask a member of staff for more information before purchase.
Yes. We offer a “Free Home Consultation” service. Contact us to arrange a day.

After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email detailing your order to the email address you provided. This will confirm the product(s) ordered and confirm delivery details. If you make any amendments to your order prior to its dispatch, we will also confirm these changes in a further email. Once your order is on its way to you, a final confirmation email will be sent to you.

Products have different delivery times depending on the supplier. When you place an order, our staff will be able to give you an indication of the delivery timescale.
We will always strive to ensure all the goods you order arrive together wherever possible.
In the unlikely event that a product is no longer available, it may have been discontinued. In this case, we can only apologise and offer you a free swap with an available style. Alternatively, we will simply issue a full refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot amend orders to apply discounts on rugs that weren't discounted when it was purchased.The promotions that we offer online and across stores are constantly changing in order to offer great value across selections of products to our customers.
